You will be a conceptual thinker with outstanding design skills who is curious, perceptive and inspired by other design disciplines.
You will have experience running projects as a Project Architect with the ability to resolve and coordinate complex outcomes, work with flair and lead documentation teams, with rigour and to deadline.
You will be aspirational and understand what it takes to lead. You will strive for excellence and always seek the best outcome rather than the easiest.
You are able to take direction to complete and augment an overall design, while mentoring less experienced designers. You will have the ability to ignite the minds of your team mates. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and know that an inspired, cohesive team will reap better outcomes than any one individual.
You will have exceptional communication skills.
You’ll have been a registered architect for at least ten years. Technically you’ll have fine-tuned documentation skills, an eye for detail and extensive knowledge of 3D modelling and presentation software including ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and the Adobe Creative Suite.
We know this role isn’t for everyone, but then, not everyone can be world-class!
