The Glenorchy Art and Sculpture Park or GASP! as it is more commonly known, snakes its way from Wilkinson’s Point to Montrose Bay and is a dynamic and community-minded open space providing unique encounters with art and creating memorable experiences for all in the natural environment.
The collaborative nature of working with the GASP! team and the achievements of the project are significant. Developments along the stretch include an 800m Boardwalk and two new pavilions, shared path connecting to MONA and a new pavilion at Wilkinson’s Point. Working within small budgets, big ideas have been brought to life through an integrated approach to signage, interpretations, wayfinding, invitations and events. Liminal Graphics has been a key contributor to the presence and implementation of the graphics across the site using the environmental landscape and GASP! vision as inspiration.
Today, GASP! is a much loved and recognised community space used by walkers, runners, bike riders and families and with further development plans it is expected to continue to evolve and be valued by the community. To find out more about what’s happening visit the GASP website.
